Return Policy

Return and Refund Policy

 

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.

 

Product Defects

1. All parcel will be packed in Courier partner flyer. If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive, please don't let the postman leave.

    a. Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.

    b. Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman to return to us.

    c. Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within two (2) working days.

2. If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after you open the parcel,

    a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service

    b. We will do compensate within two (2) working days.

3. If you found that the product received isn't same with what you ordered,

     a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service

     b. If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can return, and we will send out the exact product to you within two (2) working days.

Customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below. Any delivery return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.

  • Customers are required to send in a written notice via email to us within 2 days of receiving the item for a valid exchange or return
  • Item return must reach our premises within a week from date of informing us
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition including taps, tag attached or packages. All items will be inspected on return
  • Customers are required to e-mail / WhatsApp us with the Return Details as below:
