1. Customer to pay RM15 to register as Membership to enjoy the Member Price, Point Reward Program and Member Events/Workshops. 

2. Customers who register through our official website – www.saranghaeyo.com only able to enjoy Discount Price. If would like to enjoy the Point Reward Program and Member Events/Workshops, customer needs to join member at Sarang Hae Yo outlet at GM Klang or contact our Customer Hotline +6012-791 8261 (Call/WhatsApp) with paying RM15. 

3. Membership will be expired every 12 months upon the registration date. Members are to pay RM10 to renew the Membership if want to remain/enjoy the Membership benefits. 

4. ONE (1) Membership Point (“Point or Points”) will be awarded for every RM1.00 spent in a single transaction.

5. The earning of Points will be based on the total rounded amount purchased in store or website. For example, a transacted amount of RM103.45 equals 103 earned Points.

6. Points earned from 2015 – 2021 will be expired on 31 July 2023. Effective from 1 August 2023, all the Points earned will only be valid for a 24-month (2 years) duration basis once the Points Redemption Day End. Membership points will be ZERO (0) after Redemption Day. Example: Points earned on 1/1/2022, will be expired on 31/12/2023.

7.In the event that a Points account is inactive for a period of 12 months (1 year) or more from the last transaction date, customers would need to renew their membership. Sarang Hae Yo reserves the right at its sole discretion to forfeit any Points accumulated to such inactive account and to reset its balance to zero. 

8. Sarang Hae Yo has the right to cancel the Points awarded if products purchased at the outlet are returned and refunded in full or partially. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with equivalent value. If the value of the product is lower than the original value, Sarang Hae Yo would not return the balance back. If the value of the product is higher than the original value, customers would need to top up in cash.

9. Points awarded and/or redeemed may be reversed and/or cancelled if Sarang Hae Yo determines that the Points were not earned and/or redeemed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated herein and/or due to any system error.

10. No Points will be awarded for any transaction made via e-stores at Lazada, Shopee and TikTok except for our official website - www.saranghaeyo.com

11. Redemption can be done at Sarang Hae Yo outlet at GM Klang or Customer Hotline +6012-791 8261 (Call/WhatsApp). The hotline service will be available from 10am to 6pm local time, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

12. Points earned are strictly not transferable.

13. For redemption done via Customer Hotline, any postage charges will be borne by members.

14. The points earned are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

15. The redemption is subject to the availability of the items on a first come, first served basis while stock last.

16. Sarang Hae Yo reserves the right to replace the redemption items and amend/replace any of the terms and conditions above without any prior notice.
